Well, here it is, another day!

Heres mine:

B-pancakes-the ones w/creamcheese,eggs and splenda (they were delish!!!)
L-salad and tuna (I know, I know...AGAIN!! I love tuna!)
D-I think marinated pork chops on the grill and veggies of course.
I did skip the gym last night cuz hubby was late again. I think when my membership runs out in january i will invest in some weights for here at home and maybe a crosstrainer too. I find it difficult to stay on a ked with his crazy work hours. Anyways, he's working late again tonite but I will do my pilates and then back to the gym tomorrow. The rest of the week and weekend will be no problem cuz he's home.
I have done so well lately...I am really proud of mysel and I know I can do this. Especially with all the stress I have had lately I have stuck to it!

Hows everyone doing today?

Hi blondie24,
sorry to hear you are not feeling the best. Take it easy and let your body fight whatever is coming on.

Take care! ((((((blondie24))))))

Good morning everyone and happy birthday Sue!

I'm feeling pretty good today although I have a confession. I sneaked one salt and vinegar chip last night. I felt so guilty but it tasted so good. I think the scale is finally starting to move in the right direction again. I'll check on Friday and report.

There was this really freaky guy at the park where I walk last night! He was on a bike and would ride a little ahead of me then stop and watch me walk until I reached him and would ride a little more, watch me walk, ride a little more...

I had my cell phone with me and there were other walkers and runners but he really gave me the creeps. Not sure if I will go there again tonight but I hate to let someone make me afraid to do what I like to do.

Today's food

Breakfast
3 slices of bacon
decaf tea with Splenda
water

lunch
1 cup ground sirloin with hot peppers and tomato and cheese
more water

snack
carb solution bar - peanut butter

dinner
not sure yet, something grilled

Anybody know where to get a low carb tortilla. My sister told me about Pepperidge farms very thin wheat bread. It has only 6grams per slice. I can't find it though. I'm dying for a piece of bread!

Well I really dont know what I'm going to eat today yet so I'll post my food journal from yesterday.

VITAMINS - 100 CALS (from Omega-3 caps)
1/2 cup 1% Cottage cheese - no salt added, 80 cals
2/3 cup raw blueberries, 56 cals
1 medium size nectarine, 60 cals
100 gm boneless skinless broiled checken breast, 110 cals
3/4 cup steamed carrots, 45 cals
1.75 cup steamed greenbeans, 59 cals
1/2 cup steamed zucchini, 16 cals
3.5 cups of air popped pop corn (snack), 107 cals
1.4 cups of sliced cantolope melon, 87 cals
Carnation Instant Breakfast (mixed with water) 1.5 servings (was 2 snacks), 195 cals
TOTAL CALS 917

I found out that but cutting out the rice and baked potato and substituting steamed vegetables I could cut out quite a few calories.

Don't tell me I'm not eating enough. It's a drag and I don't want to hear it.

Hi cindy,
I found it on this board somewhere and finally tried it!

8oz creamcheese softened
4 eggs
4 pkts splenda (or how much you want..I never measure!)
I also added a splash of dominican vanilla because I love vanilla!
Blend it all together and griddle just like normal pancakes. Make them small though 'cause they are hard to flip if they are too big as they will break. I just sprinkled some cinnamon and splenda on top but you could use sugar free syrup or sugar free jam would be good if you are having berries now. I thought of even pouring a little cream on them! I only made a half batch and it was then i needed. I remember reading the person who posted it that she makes big batches and keeps them in the fridge for snacks. It was nice to have something other than b+e again. I tried the atkins bake mix pancakes and it was terrible!

Good Luck!

I can certainly back up annes on the pancake mix...very bad...they looked good and even didnt smell bad but the texture was gross and weird..i though the rest of the mix out and the whole bottle of syrup..it smelled okay but was sooo watery..no flavor at all..yuck!!! I do not recommend it! It has mad me reluctant to try any of the other mixes!! :p

Steamed catfish fillet, 108 gms, 146 cals
Carnation Instant Breakfast (mixed with water) 1.5 servings (was 2 snacks), 195 cals
15 altoids, 50 cals
TOTAL CALS 853

Exercise at gym:

45 minutes treadmill

Ughh. I found out I dont like channel catfish. Tastes like dirt, yuck. I still have 2 servings left that I'll probably eat up in the next couple days. I had to put Tabasco Chipotle on it to drown out the fish flavor. I think in the future I'm gonna stick with cod or salmon.
