Hello, October 12 marks my deadline for my weight loss plan. I have 23lbs to lose and I feel so discouraged and lack the motivation to lose weight.

I can't seem to get myself out of bed in the AM to workout and I can't seem to stick to diets because I feel deprived and weak.

Currently I am trying to cabbage soup diet. It's kind of tiring and I cheated by going to Subway to eat.

Does anyone else ever hit a low point in their diets?

As far as diet consciousness and fast food chains, you could do a lot worse than Subway, my friend! It depends what you order I guess.

As for October 12th, that sounds like a special occasion. May I ask?

There's a TON of motivation that can be found in these discussion threads. Keep surfing and you'll find it. You've come to the right place. I'm not on a cabbage soup diet "expert", but someone here will be.

23 pounds in 2 months is doable for many people. Keep coming here whenever you're having problems or need suggestions. I'm sure you're not weak. Weak people don't try as many times as you have. Welcome to the crowd, I'm Sean.

you need energy to exercise. to get energy you need food. i think you'll be able to make your weightloss goal if you start eating more and get off those diet plans. i hear good things about the southbeach diet and i've been doing something called the warrior diet. both are easy to stick to.
it doesn't sound like an impossible goal. try something new and i'm certain you'll make it.

hey. i can't ever get myself up in the mornings to exercise. so instead i do it later in the day like after i get off work, or before i go to bed. i'm far from being a morning person since i'm a night owl. so maybe try that instead.
