Does anyone know what the true difference in weight of muscles vs. fat? I once saw a special on it and they mentioned there isn't really that much of a difference as everyone claims.

yea, i've heard that too..that unless you are doing some intense lifting (like a body builder), there really isnt much difference.
its confusing though, b/c you hear all the time that muscle weighs more than fat.
donutsandcoffee is good at this stuff..you around donuts?

There is a picture online of a picture of 5lbs of fat and 5lbs of muscle. I can't post a link, but the heading of the page is 'Muscle vs. Fat' (but I don't think it's in the actual web address).
The fat looks pretty disgusting, LoL. There is definitely a difference though.
