well, when i lost weight (went from 140 to 125) i know that i lost a full cup size (went from 34D to 34C)
it is probably as dependant on each person as different exercize programs and diets.

I would have to agree about that! Just like people who weigh more tend to lose faster..the "bigger" you are the more of a difference it would probably make!

it probably also depends on where you carry most of your weight...for me, most of my weight is in my hips/legs/butt, even though my upper torso has a little to lose. I would guess that mine won't shrink as much as someone who carries most of their weight in their arms/stomach and general upper torso. At least, I hope this is the case because I am perfectly happy with my 36C's, they are welcome to stay ;) I have lost just under 25 lbs this summer and have not seen my breasts get smaller as of yet, I have another 35 lbs or so left to lose for my current goal, so we'll see as it continues.

I am a different story... I have 40DD's right now and have been a DD cup since I was 15!! In high school, I weighed 115 and wore a 34DD bra. I want a breast reduction but my doc won't refer me for one yet! He said he wanted to see me get down to 150 (30 more lbs) before he could consider it... he has to see for himself that I won't lose any of my breasts. It is hard for me because I have the shoulder grooves and my back/neck hurts because of them. I am 22 lbs down so far though and I expect to hit 150 before the end of the year... so I guess we will see then! Seems like it would be alot easier for me to exercise too if my breasts were reduced.
