Yeah, that's my new exercise plan, in order of importance. I have been doing atkins already for probably over a month (but not really strictly) and have only lost 6 lbs. I'm sick of being overweight, and i want to do something about it, for good. I'm not looking for the EASIEST way out, which is why i want to exercise 4-5 times a week, as well as doing the atkins, taking vitamins, and also zantrex-3. I have taken the zantrex before, but i stopped, basically because it's so expensive, and i wasn't dieting seriously or exercising while i was taking it. My goal, which i hope isn't too crazy, is to lose 20lbs a month... the six lbs is a start, and i'm glad for that, but i need some success to make me feel better about myself. I'll report back to you on whether this plan works, and how well it works, so maybe you all can give it a try too. Good luck everybody!
