New to Atkins (about 3 weeks now) and new to this board. I lost 5 lbs. in the first 5 days. Since then I've only lost a couple more. Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong? Is it O.K. to eat the Atkins bars or drink the shakes? I heard from someone else that they might hinder the weight loss. Any ideas? I do have to say that my clothes are much looser. Maybe I should just stay off the scales.

Congrats on your loss so far! Did you take your measurements before you began? You may be losing inches and not pounds right now. Try not to weigh yourself too much either. Also, if yo only have a little to lose you will not lose it too quick.
