Hi I know someone was posting this befor but I can remember who. If you would like to do this every day that will give us an idea of what everyone is eating.
Breakfast
2 eggs (egg beaters)
3 pieces of bacon
snack
cheese (munster)
atkins shake
Lunch
tuna , with lettuce and tomatoe and mayo on a small italian roll ( I have bread once a week)
no snack
dinner, dont know yet.

B-2 eggs and 2 bacon decaf coffee w/cream
L-tuna w/mayo and salad w/dressing
D-roast beef w/string beans
2 cups decaf green tea
lots of water!!!!
