Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reduce lower belly fat below your belly button? I know this is the hardest place to tone and women in general are predisposed to having more belly fat than men. I run on a treadmill and also do pilates which has greatly toned my upper abs, but my lower abs are still flabby. My diet is healthy. Anyone have any suggestions?
