I have been on Thermonex for 3 days now and have lost 5lbs... YIPPY
GUYS IF YOU TAKE THIS YOU HAVE TO DRINK AT LEAST A GALLON OF H2O DAILY...
This is pretty much what I haVe been up to:
am: 8oz High protein Low Carb Whey shake
Snack: 2oz. cheese
noon: 8oz High protein Low Carb Whey shake
(SHAKE FILLS YOU UP) Taking Thermonx 3caps A.M./3caps Noon/ 2caps late afternoon
PM: Healthy dinner Chinese chicken Stir fry w/ brown rice
**** Note I work out in the sun cleaning pools and drink tons of water. I thought at first i lost water weight but this is not the case... You can truly feel the pills working heart is a bit "racy" but not anything that concerns me.
Will update in a couple of days...
