D-I think burgers no bun and salad
I will have some sf jello for a snack and of course tons of water!
How is everyone doing this week? The kids go back to school next week so it is getting busy around here.

B-Slim Fast meal bar (220 cals)
S-Banana (100 cals)
L-Lean Cuisine meal (250 cals)
S-1 oz. swiss cheese (100 cals)
D-Going out, I'll have something reasonable low in calories to not go over my "limit"
Tons of water and 35 minutes on the elliptical.
This leaves me with 630 calories for dinner. Not a bad deal.

I want to start doing this too! I think it'll help!
Breakfast - Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal w/ a splash of milk.
Snack - Diet Lipton Ice Tea
Lunch - Salad with 1 hard boiled egg and 2 tbsp ranch dressing
Snack - 1 cup grapes
Snack(Later) - Lit and Fit Yogurt
Dinner - Don't know yet but I know I have over 600 calories left before I go over :)
1 hour of Jazzercise and walking around campus with my damn books are my excercises for the day!
