I cant believe that we are almost done with this challenge...unfortunately i blew it and ddnt lose anything...i am hopeful for the next one however!!!
school is starting and i can be on some kind of routine again and the weather will cool down (I hope) so i can start some kind of exercise routine....
i hope it starts before i gain too much! LOL!
i am a bit frustrated..i orderd the phaseo and am looking forward to getting it...they said 2-3 postal days and it has been4-5! i ordered it last thurs and it is supposed to ship priority mail...still havent seen it..i am waiting for an answer from the company to see what is going on..oh well....

phaseolamin is the ingredient in starch blockers made from white kidny beans.... this is what AP takes and recommends. the stuff in the stores has many other additives and she suggested to buy off internet and in a "purer form" i had found a web site for it at a really good price and bought 2 bottles at $14 each (600mg/100caps) just waiting for it to arrive and hope it helps!!

I still feel the crud but I am doing fine. Thanks for asking. That phaseo sounds pretty good. I was looking into CLA since I haven't lost anything with Trimbia. There is a thread on CLA here. :)-Roni

I was thinking of getting CLA also. I haven't lost a thing during this challenge either. :(
I am worried about taking diet pills because a friend said that could be causing my ph down there to be off and helping contribute to the yeast infections. So I haven't taken any in about a month or more. Xtreme Lean works really well for me but drys my sinuses out. I have heard good things about CLA though.

lol dix. yes youre first. all went well wh dr steve. god bless him fortaking the time to take care of me the way i need. he too noticed the gap in the braces. i was like thank you, mom thginks im nuts. im callin the ortho again tomm. i was hopin to see him fri but i guess not. how are ya hon?((((((dix)))))))

awww im sorry you still fel icky roni. i just woke up from my nap, but i still feel groggy.

roni: i feel cla is a waste sinceyou can get it from yr food. ya just have to find the sources. lowfat margarine, regular mayo& salad dressings, peanut butter& oil. are all rich in cla.

hey there AP! get some rest..hopefully you will get your brace situation cleared up tomorrow!
AF has come with a vengence... oowwww! i wanted chocolate so bad yesterday...when i had gone to target i got some and paid for it but didnt get the bag it was in and didnt find out til i got home! i was so upset i wanted to cry http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/bigcry.gif that should have told me something right there! I am living off ibuprofen today!! we are going to the movie tonight...they just open one of those cheap theaters that shows movies that just went off.it only costs $1.50 to get in...on tuesday just $1! but of course i think i will have to have some popcorn..that is where they make their money!! yes i am being bad but tis is my last week..for sure...as soon as phaseo gets here and school starts it is all business for me!!! i feel like i have gained about 10 pounds even though i havent...prob due to carbs etc and i am sure af hasnt helped much! LOL!
DD is on the cruise ship and they have a web cam of the upper deck so when i spoke to them in port today we arranged a time for them to be there and i got to see them for a minute!! i could tell it was them although not very clear...that was neat!!
well i have been yakking long enough!! if i dont get back... g'nite everyone!! :wave:

snoopy!!!!!!!!! thanks hon. i slept 2;15 after seeing dr steve, but im so tired from taking my meds. the brace situation wont be cleared up tomorrow, but i @ least hope to speak wh him tomorrow. what sux is this is a really bad time for this to happen b/c i dunno if he is closing fri, mondays a holiday& if i cant get there tue, i wont get there again until 1 wk from tue b/c :angel: justin :angel: is coming from wed til monday.
