Thank you for the welcome~~Weighdown is a christian based workshop....I just havn't really talked to anyone to see how it has worked for them~~~~

Angelvoice......I use to do WeighDown and I loved it. I did also 2years ago. I lost 20lbs quickly. It was wonderful and I would go back on to it but I want results now. You should look into it, maybe one of these good old days, I'll do it again. It shows you the freedom w/food.....just thinking about it makes me want to do it again but I'm not ready. Well if you have any questions, just ask.
