I am currently trying to lose weight and I hear all the time that I should be taking vitamins. Can anyone suggest a good vitamin to take. Thanks

Hi, Im taking one a day weight smart. they are pretty good plus I take calcium about 1500 mg per day.

what diet are you doing. a lot of us are doing atkins.

I think I will join the weightloss thread. It seems to be very helpful. I am not really doing a specific diet. I try not to eat many carbs and I try to not eat to much fat. I also am limiting my sugar intake. Thanks for the info on the vitamins.

glad to have ya steph! also chk out the lowfat/low cal/lowcarb thrad. that may be helpful
