I was wanting to start the lemonade fast today. I did a search to find out the ingredients. It says lemon, organic maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Were do you get the syrup, at the regular grocery store? Has anyone tried this before?

Organic maple syrup can be a little hard to track down. If you have a Trader Joe's near you, they have it (around me at least).

Hopefully this isn't the lemonade fasting system outlined by "Dr." Gary Young of Young Living Essential Oils. That whole line of products is bogus. Aromatherapy is good, and essential oils are helpful, but YLEO is basially a pyramid marketing scheme. The founder isn't a doctor, and is a convicted con man and murderer to boot. Most genuine holistic medicine practitioners will warn you away from YLEO.
