I had:
2 boiled eggs, 1 slice wheat toast, 1 grapefruit with splenda and coffee for breakfast
Lunch:
1 wheat pita with tomato, cucumber and feta cheese and a peach
Dinner:
Meditterean Veggie Soup and 1/2 wheat pita

:)

I had a cup of coffee with splenda
egg beaters
3 pieces of bacon

snack
watermelon
cheese
hrd boiled egg (1)

I walked almost 3 miles today and will do light weight curls tonight.

yummy.

lunch
atkins shake
small container of chicken salad

dinner
either fish or more chicken salad

Good Morning,
I had 1 boiled egg with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, glass of skim milk ( no margarine or butter)
Lunch - turkey sandwich with musturd, sprouts, skim milk, and a plum
Dinner- steamed cod with lemon and asparagus

I had so far...

Breakfast
One meal replacement shake w/strawberries

no snack

Lunch
2 baked pork chops
Unsweetened decaf tea

Snack
Yogurt and a banana

Dinner
I don't know yet.

So far today I've eaten.....

Breakfast
1 packet cream of wheat, with splenda, 1 tbsp Flax seed, and 1 tbsp. skim milk. 1 cup green tea with splenda.

Lunch
Salad with 4 thick chicken breast slices. Fat Free Ranch and an Apple.

Snacks
Lit and Fit Yogurt
Either grapes, raisins, or watermelon

Dinner
Whatever mommy makes..prolly a meat, veggie, and cottage cheese or a little brown rice.

Breakfast- frozen raspberries with some fiber cereal sprinkled on top, black coffee (This was not enough protien- I was starving by 9:00!)

More black coffee....

Snack- apple, string cheese

Lunch- Cool Wrap from Chick Fil A

No snack

Dinner- going out- will get a SALAD! I am salad crazy lately!

Snack- Blue Bunny No-Sugar-Added Fudge Pop (I highly recommend these- no fat, 35 calories, 9 g carbs- and they actually taste pretty good)

Aerobics in an hour.
