what cant you eat on the atkins diet? can someone tell me about it please (in deatail,what fruits and veggies can you eat and which are bad for you?)what about sugars?anything you can tell me i would really appreciate.oh and one more thing...can you eat eggs on it?

Go to the atkins website and everything is listed there and you can print it out...great helpful information and it lists all foods
