I can't nobody has started this thread yet for this week!!

I had a rough weekend with the wedding, and I think AF is coming, so the scale didn't reflect much.

But I woke up and worked out this morning, and so far I have been eating healthy today.

So is everybody else pumped up today!! :bouncing:

Okay- I'm in!!! I gained 2 pounds this weekend and need to take those suckers off!!

Here's my plan for the week:
Monday- aerobics
Tuesday- run 3 miles
Wednesday- Pilates class
Thursday- run 3 miles
Friday- Mini-stepper or aerobics
Saturday and Sunday- Rest Days or walking

Hi guys! :wave:

I'M IN!!!! I need to lose the weight I gained this weekend...eventhough I had no reason to gain it lol! GRRR I hate this sometimes lol. Anyways...I have not eaten anything bad today and here's my workout schedule for the week.
Today - Jazzercise
Tuesday - Walk/jog 3 miles and weights
Wed. - Jazzercise
Thurs. - Jazzercise
Friday - Walk/Jog 3 miles
Saturday - Walk/jog 6 miles
Sunday - 20 minute Pilates tape
