Hey kids!! So I started taking Xenadrine (the ephedra free kind) last Tuesday. I can already tell I've lost weight (like more so in the way my clothes fit). I was just wondering if anybody has any tips for me on getting the maximum benefits from using xenadrine (besides exercise tips). Thanks!
