thanks houdini :) its saving HIS life or ida killed him by now. thew hard thing is this: he was on vacation til 9/2, but his associate came& took the "broken" ones several days b/f so i was w/o almost a week b/f he even came home(not 2 mention that i hardly wore them in the 2 weeks i had em)

I haven't been feeling well lately. I think that dang t-roid is acting up again. I will get my test results from today on Thursday. I have also gained like 2.5lbs. :( I am not going to let it get me down though. I will not quit my quest to lose these extra 30lbs. I know I ate badly this weekend. I am pretty sure that has a lot to do with it.

Whirl....our neighbor didn't get to come over this week because he is having problems with the water out at his place. His property lies on lower ground than ours and I think he had some damage done to a few of his stands. He comes down a lot and my dh already knows him. So he'll come again another day. I haven't met him but I have been to his place. OMG it is stunning. Very rustic and natural. You should have seen me driving out of my place today in dh's truck. It looked like I was mudding through our drive way to the gate. The truck was covered with it's fourth layer of mud. We have been meaning to have caliche brought in but everytime we get ready for it..it rains! It is about half a mile from our front gate to our house so there is a lot of caliche needed to be hauled over here.

Hows everyone? I hope doing good!! Im ready for tomorrow..I went to the store and stocked up on vitamins, carb blockers, and some tonalin CLA. I also got some of those dr phil products..we shall see how they work, ;)
I went to that new low carb store, and they will be open on Thursday!! wooweee..cant wait. She said they will have low carb soft serve @ 1 carb per oz. So their lg size has only 8 carb! She said its very filling too..I cant wait to see..They also have ketodiet foods. I was trying to peek at all the stuff while I was in the door asking questions.
Well..Im a bit tired tonight, so I may turn in early. I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the evening, and look forward to tomrrow!!
