hello all i was wondering if i bought the right cla,, it is from wallmart and it is by easadvant edge high performance, it has 1.5g and has polyunsaturate and monounsaturate,, it doesnt say anything about safflower or sunflower,,, it said it helps reduce body fat,, so should i take this back and get teh other???? help,,,

contact eas& ask them if its sunflower or safflower. safflower is what you want. i use a stores own brand made from safflower oil& it says so right on the label.

Dee...I am curious to see what they tell you at EAS. I called them too and they told me it was a blend of safflower and sunflower oil. They told me that there was a small amount of safflower oil and the rest was sunflower oil.-Roni

I just bought that Tonalin CLA..they say its all Safflower oil?? Does anyone know the real truth..lol

Hi, Robbit started us all on this CLA and he said
safflower oil. Im sure of that. I have been taking for 2 wks now and have had no change whatsoever.
I walk every day 3 miles and I also do light weighs as well . stuck at a plateau right now so I dont know. Guess it takes longer for this cla to work.

Where would it say whether it has that stuff? I was checking different CLA brands and didn't find it on any of them. Does it say in in the ingredients, or would it say on the front, like "contains safflower and sunflower oils" or something like that.
I keep reading better and better things about CLA.

I bought the GNC brand of it and it says it on the label. I bought it at rite aid drug store. I know that different brands have 'sunflower" but the safflower is supposed to be the best.

I got mine at the grocery store and it said safflower on the box outside of the pills?? Its that Tonalin Brand? 1000 mg

I just left WMart and looked at this brand and didn't buy it b/c it did not mention any type of oil at all just what you have said. Please let us know what they tell you.
Roni you lost any with these? Didn't you say about a pound or so . . my memory is SOoo Bad ! LOL
