I have seen a lot of people lately who have lost quite a bit of weight on weight watchers. I think it is based on a point system where 1 point = 50 calories or something like that. Could I get some more info on what it is all about? I am 5"3' female 202 lbs. how many points would I be allowed per day?? Thanks!!

HI
WW is a points base program assigns a point value to each food. You are allowed a point range for you weight & u need to stay with in that point target. For your weight your point target would be 26 & 24 if you were under 200 lbs. Also the plan is called Flex points and you would aloso receive 35 "flex" points to use (or not) thru the week. You can join the online version of WW on there web site & it is much less than going to the meetings. Hope this helps!

Susan :)
