I hope Amber is okay! But I want to keep this thread going!!
Its THURSDAY woooooo!!! Go out and exercize and keep eating well! How is it all going for you? I sorta broke down last night and had a soft taco at Taco Time, but I had them make it w/o sour cream, and I did have a small lunch so I think it was okay (and i'd done some exercize)
Today is my light exercize day, I'm just walking to school and back (2 miles total) How's it goin for all of you?

Good morning,
i've been to the gym everday this week!... i only have time for 30min of treadmill... but i try to make the best out of it by using the incline and varying my pace... also everymorning i do some resistance training ... so i think this week is going very well for me!!

Hi! Amber has been "missing" since yesterday... Hopefully everything is alright.
Well as for me I have been doing good the past 2 days. Kept within my calorie allowance and worked out 20-25 minutes a day the whole week so far. I will do that again tonight on my elliptical. I tape my soaps while I'm at work, so when I get home I hop on the machine, workout and watch them. Makes me not feel guilty for just sitting on my butt and wasting an hour watching them! :)
I am weighing in tomorrow so I'll see how things go. The only bad thing is I'm getting a new scale tonight and it's probably gonna read that I weigh more than my old one said. So it really won't be an accurate reading this week at least.

I was planning on walking to school, but i just got back from teh doctor, and she put a very bulky wrap on my left foot (now i get to shower with a bag over my leg YAY!--not--).. its still flexible, so maybe I can walk if I walk slow.
