Okay, call me crazy; but is it just me who's seeing the miracle pill business grow by leaps & bounds??? i guess it has been for some time; it's just now beginning to tick me off! I just saw an ad that claims you can lose 5 pounds a day! FIVE POUNDS!!! Enough is enough. When are these money hungry people going to stop preying on the desperate people of "the fat world"??? I'm not putting any particular company down (Lord knows I've tried many of them). I just want to say to those of you out there who are comtemplating buying the newest "miracle pill"~~~ Think long and hard before you throw away your money. Not each company is bad but I'm willing to bet that 90% of them are just out to get your money!!! They don't care one bit if their product puts false hope in your life---as long as you send them your money! I know that there are many sponsors on this forum and I'm not attacking any one in particular. I may even get banned for expressing my opinion; but I think it's high time that some of these companies take a little responsibility for their "promises & guarrantees"! It's no wonder America is one of the most overweight countries~~~ we're being fed tons of "bull" everyday!!!
Sorry for venting; just had to get it off my chest. I guess that's why this is "the land of the free". It just burns me to no end sometimes!!!

I totaly agree with you!! I myself have fallen into the trap several times, only to be more discouraged and disappointed in my weight loss struggle. If I had saved all of the $$$ I had spent on the so called "Miracle Drugs" I would be mortgage free by now I'm sure!!!

I totally agree with you. Although I 'did' like taking one brand of pill because I was never hungry, a good friend talked me into not taking them anymore. Not only do they mess with your metabolism so that when you stop taking them you start to gain weight back, but they mess with your hormones too. I was getting zits on my shoulders and back, two places I never had zits before!! Also since it affected my hormones it could have something to do with the yeast infections I was getting. I decided I NEED to do this the natural way!! OH yeah, and diet pills can cause kidney damage too!!

you are so right about kidney damage becasue my doctor is monitoring my kidney I have protein in my urine enouch that doc is concern he ask me have I ever took diet pills ofcourse i said yes i have probably everyone on the market,so why do I still want to lose weight and why do I still get temped with diet pills I really dont no I guess am despert. I am still trying to find somthing to curb my appetite but with no side affects I guess that will be hard uh
