JoJo, I didnt even see it, it mush have been when I was taking her to the Doctor. He told her this is normal and the patch may be causing it and said she could take it off. They will call us tomorrow on her hormone levels and he is wanting them to be at 0 this go around. She is getting sick of having her blood taken every week!! Sorry I didnt see your post and thanks for the hugs!!! ;)

i take 2 in mid afternoon& 1 b/f bed b/c of the chitosan..... but u can take it after meals.(low fiber) cant wait to the try the nestle carbo bars& the hershey almond!

Worked a little in the back yard. Kids just came home so I'm working on homework and snacks. I have been away from the 2 older ones so they've been missing me (and me them). They're all acting really clingy today.
I'm eating o.k. Feel much better than last couple of weeks. Getting a cat scan for my sinuses soon. Panic is under control and so is Fibromyalgia. I'm pretty happy :D .

JNL - I just read the last thread...Since Feb? The job market is really BAD right now I hear. I was without a job for 3 months (back before I was married) and had to move back in with my parents. Now THAT's stressful! But it didn't last too long. It's scary not having a job! I really feel for you guys. :( I tried a temp service once and it was o.k. I'm very blessed that I don't have to worry about that at this time. Good luck and I'll keep my eyes peeled, LOL. O.k. so maybe not seeing as how I'm in CA...unless you're planning on relocating? Course jobs aren't much better here :D My brother's been out of one for a few months too. Of course he expects one to fall in his lap and doesn't LOOK for one http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/bang.gif
