To all you low carb/low fat dieters:
What dressing do you usually use on your salads? I am so sick of the walden farms zero cal/zero fat/zero carb dressings......I want something that doesn't leave that diet taste in my mouth and give me a headache. I was thinking of using the good seasons packets that you mix with olive oil and vinegar and water. What do you all thing? It's high in fat but it's from the Olive Oil, and it's only got 1 carb in it.

go 4 it shel!

Hey for some reason I am just seeing this topic. I just wondered what CTRich is eating with 0 carbs. I was just in GNC last night picking up some Atkins bars and the clerk was telling me that a guy just came in that had lost 100lbs on Atkins and his Dr. put him on zero carbs. I am sticking with the 20 per day and I am having good luck with it I just wondered how in the world would you do Zero? Just meet and eggs?

hi brown! yea just about.... good choice wh 20! btw: ever try the carbolite bars? awesome stuff!

AP - maybe he was talking about a fat fast. I've read about it in atkins book about how you eat almost NO carbs but only olives, avocados, meat, eggs, some cheese, etc. and almost zero carbs. It is dangerous for most he said but if you are very resistant, some people can be on it for a SHORT time. You also have to take LOTS of supplements because you miss out on a lot. It can also make you not feel well.

I'm re-starting low carb and the gym tomorrow, wish me luck :D . I REALLY need motivation.

OK, today is day 2 for me. I kind of blew it yesterday with Chick Peas of all things!! But they are allowed on the South Beach Diet. 22 carbs per serving though!!

Also started taking CLA. Hopefully today will be good :) Down 1 lb since MOnday :)
