Being a man you can definitely lose 30 lbs in two months. A long with your work outs do a low carb/high protein diet. You will be amazed at how fast the weight comes off, AS LONG as you are strict with what you eat. Don't go as strict as Atkins, maybe check out something like the South Beach Diet. OR use Fitday.com to keep track of what you eat and how much. Stay under 2000 calories and try and stay under 50 carbs to really see a difference. Good luck!! Oh yeah, and drink lots and lots of water!!

The body cannot metabolize more than 2 pounds of fat per week. If you lose more weight than that, chances are you're losing muscle, water, and bone. 2 months is about 9 weeks which means you could lose a maximum of 18 pounds. To lose 30 pounds, you'd need at least an additional 6 weeks or about a month and half.
