I count calories and keep a written journal on my calendar of when I work out and for how long. Everyday, I try to improve on what I've done the previous day. Like, instead of having 110 calories of rainbow sherbet, I try to make it something healthy instead, like an apple. I don't like putting something in my mouth that will cause something negative to happen to my body. You eventually get to a point where you feel so run down and queasy if you have something greasy.
I am the type of person who thinks about food 24/7, and I always need something in my mouth, so I eat a lot of celery. It's mindless munching while I'm sitting in front of the computer. It's annoying, but at least I've figured out that I can control it with celery (and water)!
Anyway, sorry if I'm rambling, but that's what works for me. How much do you need to lose?

Well this is probably meaningless to you.... But I think about horses! Just them alone make me want to stay on track! LOL What do you do?
