the yerba mate tea is not the best tea i ever drank but its not that bad, i'm going to buy some splenda today to sweeten it. I'll let you know about the weightloss. It has definitely controlled my appetite today. I ate a little breakfast and thats all i haven't even thought of eating. the box suggests drinking it 15 minutes before meals.
