Well, here we are, mid-week. I haven't had the best week, my son was in the hospital last night with an asthma attack, and I came home later and stress-ate horribly. But I did do my workout, just before bed! So it wasn't a complete wash.
Anyhow....
Are we all ready to go again, another day of working hard and getting it right? Its another day to eat right and exercise that fat away... and get back on track with no excuses if you fell off yesterday!! We CAN DO IT!!! WOO HOO LET'S GO!!!!!!!

ok, so where is everyone??? No takers on Day 3? I did well so far today and plan to stick to it until bedtime- no messing up today! It's funny, the one place I haven't messed up at all is in my workouts. My MIL was figuring that I was toast the other day because it was late in the day and I mentioned that I had yet to do my workout- I told her that I would get it in even if it meant doing it just before bed, and her reaction was "yeah, right". She felt that I would not have the motivation late at night. I told her about my exercise tracking chart that I check off each day, and said that it keeps me on track, because I SEE it and I would see if I had cheated... She still thought that no way would I actually get motivated that late at night. But I DID IT- did my full workout at about 11 pm. I am really finding that keeping a written record of my workouts keeps me going... Maybe I will try that for my eating too so that I have to look at it if I get tempted to cheat... HMMM not a bad idea.

Sorry I haven't popped in sooner. I have been super busy and gone on vacation for a while...but HERE I AM!

I haven't been good till today (for about 2 weeks) but I didn't gain any :bouncing: ! I'll pop in tomorrow :D

WTG Posie on the no gain!!! That must have amde you happy and, I would think, been a bit of a relief. I'm a little worried myself because I had a few moments where old habits took over, but I guess I'll see on Sunday, when I weigh and measure. Fingers crossed.... :)

Wondered what happened to you.Congrad's on no gain!!! Glad you had a nice vacation!! Sounds like you had a goodtime.Plus the fact you didn't gain any weight makes it even better. That's great!!

Howdy! I'm here, finally - better late than never! I just plain forgot to check in on this thread yesterday. I've been doing "okay" on the eating - not great, but definitely not too bad. But I've been doing 3 miles on my treadmill each evening, and last night I set it at the steepest incline. Still did my 3 miles, but it took an extra 12 minutes. But I sure do feel like I worked a lot harder! Tonight I might do just 2 miles plus a FIRM workout tape - depends on what I feel like doing.

Chipmunkis, is your son ok now? Geez, that would have made me stress-eat, too! :(
