Hi, I came across this site and have read many messages that have been useful to me and thought I would ask a question and hopefully benefit from others experiences.
I am 34 and currently weigh approx. 110kg (176cm tall). I am desperate to lose weight. I changed my lifestyle earlier this year and now have a personal trainer - 3 weight sessions and 2 cardio sessions each week. The down side is that slthough I'm building muscle I'm not losing fat.
Given all the weight loss products on the market, does anyone have any suggestions as to what may work for me - I really want to lose 30kg - my goal is a christmas vacation.
Thank you.

Since you are exercising: As you gain muscle, you are losing fat. If you jump on the scale, and you see it not moving, or going up a little, it is the weight of the muscle, not the fat.
Now, if you weren't exercising, and you were on a diet, and you saw the scale moving down, I would say that you are losing muscle weight, not fat in the begining.
I am assuming that you are eating healthy. If you are not, that is another thing to consider. Your eating habits.
