Now I am serious about getting an elliptical machine or a treadmill for Christmas.
Too bad we can never get to actually meet each other since we can't post personal info on here but I can see why....some posters can be a little different. :eek:
The rain has just arrived. I think I might start taking out all of my Thanksgiving decorations. I love this time of the year. I think when dh and I plan our next child...I would like to have him/her anytime between Oct-Jan. Our girls were both accidents so it would be nice to actually plan one. :D BBL-Roni

Not even a week on Z3, lost over 7-8 pounds and an inch and half off my waist, haven't exercised as broke my toe a week ago and not dieting either. No side effects and only on 2-3 tablets a day! Best tablets ever!

Just droppin into say hi! I've got to get going, but I just wanted to say hi to everyone first! I miss you guys! Taking dd to the RI to go to the zoo today. Hopefully it won't rain on us...it looks pretty gloomy. Ah well...there's always umbrellas! I'll catch up soon, and thanks again to everyone for your support for friday! I've been taking the weekend off this weekend. The stress release affecting me really strangely and i'm waitin' on af. :( so, i figured, this was a good weekend to take off. anyway, i hope you all have a sunnier day than it is here! :D

LOL

I was doing the South Beach Diet on and off, it really does work. My Mom is still doing it and looks great. It is hard to do with out the book, I think I need to buy my own copy. I tried copying parts of it, but you really need the whole book to refer to. I still have some chocolate if you want some ;)
I just got up a bit ago and now i Have to shower so we can go to Walmart, fun fun.

Good Sunday Morning! I have missed you guys so much!!!! I am hardly on the computer at all anymmore, since I moved in with my fiance! Plus, he has a dial up coonnection, so it's not as easy as it was before. But I miss you guys like crazy!

I was cleaning out my closet and found an old pair of pants that I wore in March, 2001 on a trip...bought specifially for that.... that's why I remember so well!
Well...get this i decided to try them on...OMG, OMG........ . . I can't believe it....they are hanging almost off of my hips and the crouch is halfway down to my knees...I'm not sure what size they are b/c when I was that big I cut sizes out...LOL I think that they were an 18W b/c that's the highest I ever got . . not a regular 18 but an 18W . . i'm now in regular 12's....
I went to show DH . . he just looked at me...and said...Did they really fit you before? :)
I have no idea how much I weighed at that time, but I'm guessing it was when I was over the 200 mark..
What a pleasant surprise this was.... and an unexpected one . . wooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooo
i'm going searching for more big clothes...need something to help with the RAINY DAY BLUES - still have not gone to buy the SB diet book...

Speaking of little sized pants...i also found a pr. of white jeans and I have no idea what size they are,but I do know that I haven't worn them in YEARS...I've kept them and always thought I'd never get back in them..but kept them JUST IN CASE....so I tried. . I could pull them up and actually zip them and button them...but my guts were SQUEEZING OUT!!! LOL . . not really that bad..but almost!!! LOL . .
So I put them on a hanger so I can see them...that will be my goal....no matter what the weight is...b/c this is when I was the smallest that I ever was....so...I think that these last 10+ pounds or so will hopefully get me back in those white jeans! They have a permanent stain on them...BUT I DON'T CARE!!!I'm gonna get in them and wear them..they are probably dry rotted they are so old! LOL :round:

Hi Patti! One sweet a week is a good idea to keep you going!! I was in Hershey, PA, Friday and Saturday, so I had my sweets. Luckily I wasn't into chocolate like I normally am. I only had one candy bar and a couple freebies they gave us on this tour we went on. I did bring home fudge, but it just isn't hitting the spot! So I'm not eating it, hopefully my hubby and daughter will have it gone before I start craving it!!

hey whirl!!! thats great about the pants...that is always a good feeling!!
we are supposed to have hot weather but i dont know...there are so many fires going on that the sky is overcast and you can smell smoke outside and there is ash all over the cars...i am not sure how far away the closest fire is..i think at least 40-50 miles??
the paper this morning said there have been at least 200 homes lost in one of the fires :eek: my mother said that in one area they were suspending all the kids sports games because of all the ash in the air.
i am a little concered b/c dd has to sell nuts infront f toys r us today for girl scouts for 3 hours and i am wondering if that shouldnt happen...
shel - have you never been to a red robin?? we have lots of them out here. we like them. there is one at the local mall and my dd and i will go there for lunch if we are at the mall. they have good boneless buff chick strips!! and VERY good mushroom burgers yummy!!!

Wow Snoopy! How scary. I Hope the fires don't get near you. Maybe standing outside isn't such a great idea, too bad Toys R Us couldn't set up a table for them inside!!
I was talking about that fudge in my last post, so I went and had a bite, and OUCH, I must have a cavity, I thought I was going to pass out. Guess I either need to chew on the other side of my mouth or forget it all together.
I am 8 lbs away from my TG goal. (I had to change it awhile ago to be more realistic). I know I can do it if I stick with eating good, I've had too many cheats before.
Never been to a Red Robin before yesterday. I got the turkey blt on a croissant. It was very good. I love chicken wings, so I guess I should have tried those boneless strips eh? My only complaint was the soda was a bit flat. But oh well (it was diet :) ).

Hello all! Colaz is on the phone with me and she is banned for a week from this site because she posted her e-mail address in a post a while ago! She is trying to work on getting the ban lifted. shel - there really is no danger of the fires getting here...we are in the middle of lots of freeways buildings etc...not really near any fields or brush etc...we are just getting the fall out from them!!

yeah i have a tooth that has been bothering me for a while but i realy think it needs a crown. my dentist thought that maybe i just needed the tooth behind it redone because the filling was cracked...i was hoping that would be it but unfortunately it helped somewhat but i am still having a problem...yuck...i am still trying to pay down a $600 bill fro the last time dd and went...we have no dental...a crown would be outrageous!!! so i am putting it off....hope yours isnt too bad!!

DP, I was just reading a couple old posts (still trying to get caught up) and I read that your one year old nephew will be the last baby in the family?? You and your fiance are not planning on having any children together?? Just curious, you can tell me to mind my own business!! :)

Jen, I was just reading your post where your whole family (in laws) all live on property connecting to the family farm. That is so cool :) And you're right I did a ton of walking at Hershey!!

wow! 201?! i think the last one i posted on, YESTERDAY was 196??!!! busy bees you guys are!
well...im off 151!! 150.6 this morning! YAY! :) cant WAIT to get out of the 5's!! (been there SO long!) i did have a TEEEENY peice of cake yesterday, but only b/c of embarrassment not to. how do you deal with that? NOBODY refused the cake, so i couldnt either ( i REALLY dont want to announce it ya know). but i told my sister to cut me a TINY sliver, and she really did (usually you still get a big slab anyway!)...so i thought i was ok :)

Good morning, everyone! Did you all remember to change your clocks? The party last night was a great time. There are always lots of great looking costumes at this party, every year. For some reason there were lots of religious costumes - several priests, nuns, and one other school girl besides me. Except the other one was a guy - he looked so funny! We also had Cleopatra, Indiana Jones, hippies, a mermaid, a knight, punk rockers, Sleepy the dwarf, Caesar, the Hulk, a shiek, and some other great looking ones but I wouldn't know what to call them.
I was a good girl - didn't go too overboard on the food (except the fruit tray that someone brought), and I only had 2 drinks early on because I had to drive home - but then I had 2 stronger drinks after I got home, that's why I was tipsy when I posted last night. :D But NO HANGOVER this morning, yippee! Yes Snoopy, I took my ibuprofen - that's funny that you remembered that! Dh, on the other hand, just rolled out of bed a few minutes ago, moaning & groaning - ha ha ha! He drank quite a bit more than I did, and he's paying for it today!

It's crazy around here trying to shop on weekends, because we get lots of Canadians who come to shop plus all the students from the local college save their shopping for the weekends, so the stores are way too crowded. Not fun! Sounds like you did well on your trip to Hershey. Good job! I know I would have pigged on chocolate! Better get that tooth looked at before it starts hurting even more!

houdini, i forgot the name of it, it's a southern thing i think. but it's a yellow cake and it has like 7 layers, in between each layer there is a chocolate crem filling. and the frosting on top it a hard shell fudgy chocolate. OMG it's the best. i had a little piece, so i didn't feel too guilty. i wish i could remember the name of it. it'll come to me soon.

you guys wuold not beleive the amount of ash outside...the cars are just covered with it....i erally did realize it was soo bad..we told the girls not to breathe for 3 hours LOL!!! i have to go in a little bit...i said i would help the last hour beacaue the needed a parent during that time....we have the windows open and you can see some of the ash on the window sill and even the kitchen counter. DH left thesun roof open on one of the cars...i told him about it and he asked me if i looked and i said i was afraid to http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
oh well back to the ol grind...doing laundry etc...i will check in later!!
