Hi everyone,
I have symptoms like: mild increase in the amount of hair on my face, back and arms, mild but persistent acne, tiredness and frequent yeast infections. My periods are regular with BCP. They are usually heavy and painful when I am off pill. I am 23 years old, and I am not overweight. Do my symptoms suggest a possibility of PCOS? or do you think these are un-related symptoms that need to be treated separately. Thank you in advance.

Peace!

Since you are so young, it would probably be to your benefit to get a consult with a Reproductive Endocrinologist. That is the specialty that can really tell you the best, if you have PCOS.
Your symptoms, although mild, seem to be causing you some concern.
Yes, what you describe does fit the list of symptoms.
Take care and good luck finding a good Doctor.

Yes, these are some symptoms. Especially the hair growth. You are young, so get to a gyn right away. It may or may not be PCOS. Maybe your hormones are out of whack. Don't stress till you know for sure.
