I am 36 years old, am not sexually active, for several weeks now I have felt an unusually sensation in my vagina, the best that I can describe it is that it feels like a pulsating " tiny bee" is in there, it is not painful, just scary, no discharge, no odor, seems to regulate with my heart beat. What could be causing this?

wow...this is just a question for you to consider, you don't have to answer it on the boards, but do you masturbate??? b/c when you have an orgasm, it pulses down there(with your heartbeat, of course, its an artery)b/c of the intense stimulation...

why is it doing this spontaneously??? my guess is that, b/c you are not masturbating or having sex, that you are totally depriving yourself, which, out of desire, is causing mini-orgasms, cause your body can't take it anymore!!! hope this helps!

It could be a nerve. Do you have any back problems? Did you strain anything? A stinging sensation doesn't ring a bell with masturbating. I would lean more towards a nerve or a strain.
