Does anyone have a product to use that will prevent someone from sweating in the vagina area and then getting a bad odour from this. She wears cotton panties but stills sweats alot and has a terrible odour from this. Any suggestions??

The only thing that i can think of is Summer's Eve feminine wash. And after washing with that using a feminine deodorant(summer's eve or other brands). These are all available at the drugstore. Oh, if the smell of white vinegar does not bother you, try this:
mix 1/2 tablespoons of with vinegar in a liter of water and use this mix to wash. Many people use this as a natural wash to eliminate odors. Hope this helps.

Do not use any of those deodorant sprays as they may do more harm than good. Her best bet is to keep some baby wipes or the new flushable wipes on hand to freshen up with but she needs to be sure to dry well after using these. Also if she is on the heavy side she may want to put a gauze 4x4 in her folds to help absorb the moisture and change those as often as necessary.
