Hey everyone! Things are going pretty well... except I've been getting these red bumps on my thighs.

I went to my dr (to make sure they weren't warts or anything like that) and she just glanced at them and said it was most likely follicutis and didnt really say anything else. I don't think they are, though. Most of these spots don't hurt at all, and they don't look like the red spots you get from shaving. And a few popped up even though I hadn't shaved in a few days (trying to wait for them to go away)

Any suggestions? There is one on the middle of my upper thigh that looks like a slightly swollen pimple, but when I pop it it bleeds. The rest are just raised red bumps

Should I go to a dermatologist? I've had them for about 2 weeks. Old ones are faintly there and a few new ones have appeared
