I stopped taking my birth control about a month ago after being on it for 6 years. I am 3 days late, which I believe is normal, since many people say it is. Anyways, the past couple of days, I've had a very,very painful cramp that lasts for maybe 30 seconds, then goes away. It may do it 2 times a day. I know this may be because of the pill, but has anyone experienced this, or think it could be something else? Just wondering because I have never experienced pain like this.
