Hi. I am 23 and I started birth control pills for regularity for the first time about a week ago. However, I decided that I didn't want to be taking birth control since I'm not sexually active and I'm used to my irregular cycles anyway. My doctor basically left it up to me whether to start or not, so I decided to stop them about 3 days ago or so. I had taken about 4 pills when I stopped, but I've begun spotting and I had very bad cramps today. Is this just from the extra hormones I'd introduced to my body? If so, it's kinda freaky what 4 pills did to me!!
