Hi, I found this site by chance looking for information about quinamm....for my leg cramps and body spasms.....Thank you one and all that has posted ...I am not going crazy....I have been fighting Addison's for about three years....and as a matter of fact... I fired my endo last Tuesday....left his office crying, biting my lip....he wanted to pat my hand....etc...! Not what I needed! Went to my regular gen. pact. doctor...Still crying two days later...told what had happened...he prescribed for now the quinamm at bed time...and WHAT A DIFFERENCE ! I do take Cortef and proamatine (for B/P)...I think the fact that Addison's is not completely understood causes us to be depressed...then the drastic weight loss, pain...allergies, so that we feel crazy....along with trying to live a 'normal' life.....

Hi Susanp, The med old time quinine has done wonders for the leg cramps and body spasms....there are side effects....such as face is swollen....but still better than the cramping and spasms....and now able to sleep all night through!!!! Take 260mg at bedtime....!
