You know how your foot or some other part of your body will go numb at times? Well, my foot, side of my back, and leg have been going more numb lately than ever. My foot goes numb at least once a day and I'm not sitting strange or anything. The other day when I woke up my arm was numb. I think I have a pinched nerve in my back, could all this numbness be because of that?

Most definitely although, I think, pinched nerves are also accompanied by aches and pains in the affected muscles. I have a ruptured disk in my neck and have had not only numbness in my right arm but also pains and cramps. You should definitely have it checked out though.
