I have a pain new my Adam's Apple/Trachea when I blow my nose. It's a very sharp pain. When not being strained, it just feels like my throat has a little lump in it.

I have had an ultrasound, reflux test, etc. And am curious if anyone else has suffered this particular symptom and maybe they could tell me what their diagnosis was. Any help is appreciated.
