Did anyone seem to have all the symptoms of Conn's most of your life, then go to Addison's?

I don't know yet if this can happen. I THINK Conn's is the opposite of Addison's, overactive adrenals,
water retention, loss of potassium which is necessary to keep muscles from cramping.
