Hey every one just wanted to let ya'll know that Kim has run into a brick wall. She wen to the Dr. yesterday and found out that she got there in time to get treated for being in or close to the first stages of pneumonia. Right now they have her on two different meds to clear this up, needless to say she can't move much cause the meds and her condition have her down. :( The good side is she can see the computer from the couch, so if ya'll could send her a few messages to make her feel a little better. Thank you sooo much, it would mean the world. :D

Hey everyone Kim got a big grin from all your posts, you guys truly are the best, and that comes from the bottom of both of our hearts, thanks.
Sheri, and Julia, welcome to the small family on health boards. Julia, we also are from VA, near Staunton. In two days I will be at BWI on my way to the Afganastan, but will be there(BWI) for 26 hours, it will be nice to see the folks.

Not only am I a pyro IM a weapons and cool vehicles fanatic :) I have a 1954 lee enfield and a friend of mine is hooking me up with an M1 Garand in July as well as another gun I forget what he told me though.

Hey if you ever come up to edmonton Alberta gimme a shout and I can take your kids cruising and shooting :D then we can make pipe bombs ;)

Thanks for the encouragement, Kim should be over to the depression board in a few. As for me I leave Sunday for 100 days. :( Hawk as far as I'm concerned you can keep my kids any time, heck they might even teach you a thing or two. lol :D Thanks alot everyone.

hi guys!!!!! I'M BACK! :D just for a few minutes, though. i can only sit for a short time. i just wanted to say thank you so much for all your support. i don't think i've ever been this ill. :( my temp last night was 103.4 and of course, i swore i was gonna die http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif but good old cadis made me freeze my butt off and break through the haze. he said the next step would've been an ice bath! :eek: i also got to brush my teeth today, that was the best! :D i'm getting sleepy now so i must go http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/tired.gif hugs to all, thanks again!

I think the chat thing is an awesome idea, I won't be able to join a chat until I get back, but count me in when I get back. Again thank you so much, everyone for all the posts that you took the time to sed to Kim. When she was able to read them all this morning it brought a big smile to her face to know all of you were there for her. She is a lot better now, in fact she is out getting her nails done , maybe she is planning on ripping my back up tonight. lol I know I'm bad,lol but I am a guy also. Kim,

So happy to hear that you're feeling a bit better. Pneumonia sucks I know. When I had it as a kid the hospital packed me in ice to break my fever!! :eek: Luckily when I had it again this past August I didn't have to go through that!

Glad to hear you're getting up and about a bit. I'm sorry you're ill-pneumonia sucks, doesn't it? Anyway, just wanted to say that Scott and I are thinking of you-he's still not into his sippy cup, thinks straws are great for chewing and bending, but today said buh-buh for bye-bye for the first time! hi guys! well, cadis is GONE. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/bigcry.gif i realize now it's going to be MUCH harder than i thought! :eek: i will be ok though. am feeling better today for a change, still some trouble with one of my lungs but i'm not complaining! nicola, YES, email me! hawk, you're still not coming near my kids!!! :D you know way too much for your own good. amy, good for scott! i love it when babies start to talk, they're so sweet. our 15 month old boy is having a hard time since cadis left. he drags around one of cadis' old tee shirts and lays on the floor in front of our bedroom door, as if he's waiting for daddy to come out. it's so sad to watch him wander around. :( i just can't thank y'all enough for being here. it REALLY helps. :wave:

He'll be fine :) It sucks for kids though, my Dad was a logger when we were little so we wouldnt seem him for almost 6 months at a time. after a while you start to get used to it which I think is kinda abad thing.\
