Has anyone known anyone with TB, supposed to be an inactive case but still a carrier?
Maybe someone had undiagnosed breathing problems?
I've done web searches for symptoms of Addison's, and TB has been mentioned several times, but not what percent, nothing about how often it happens. There's even a statement that skin test reactions could be declining in the elderly.
Any experience of any kind? I'm sure I'll not get any answers to this one. But the disease hasn't quite been completely erradicated.
My mom-in-law had it in her youth, was supposed to be cured, but could I have caught it from her in my youth? Also I have a retirement age friend who gets pneumonia quite a lot. I fear they don't test for TB as often as they used to.
