I have been recently diagnosed with Stage II adrenal dysfunction due to an adrenal stress index. I'm under the care of a doctor but it is trial and error because I'm so overly stimulated by anything she's prescribed. I too have noticed numbness in my hands in the morning when I wake up along with a myriad of other symptoms that I keep seeing over and over on these message boards. I am lucky to have a doctor that will listen and incorporate anything that I bring her so any help with programs that are working would be great. Doby
