Anybody know anything about a burning/ cold sensation in left arm in muscle area. It comes and goes. I just wish it would go and stay away.

It could be due to an upper back problem, a small inflamation around a vertebrae causing pressure on a nerve.

I had the same thing but in my legs and it was due to a little inflamation in my lower spine, causing pressure on my siatic nerve.

You may have a pinched or compressed disc in your spine, or a compromised nerve somewhere else in your body.

You may need to see a doctor to find out what is causing this and treat it early so that it doesn't get worse, and to rule out any serious illness. It's probably nothing to worry about, but for peace of mind -- see your doctor.
