I have constant mouth soreness like I drank too hot coffee but I didn't. I have been recently diagnosed with adrenal dysfunction and I'm overly sensitive to everything right now. I even had a bad reaction to B12 sublingualy, it made under my tongue all red and inflammed so I had to stop taking it for now. Anyone else have this symptom with their adrenal problems? I crave salt and eat a lot of salt and I'm wondering if that is it?

Sounds like a yeast infection, usually caused by too many antibiotics but can also be caused by taking too much hydrocortisone. You need to see the doctor for a mouth swab (probably will show nothing...it's hard to culture yeast) and some Nystatin pills for a few weeks.
