I have had a small bump of skin in my mouth right above my left tonsil all my life. The doctor said it is just normal tissue growth. It has always been normal looking. About a week ago I noticed a small bump growing on top of it that looks like it had a white cap on it. It is not painful at all and I dont have a sore throat or anything like that. Now I have noticed that there are three more small bumps that look exactly the same as this one. The skin around it is no longer a pinkish normal color. It is now pale. I really cant afford to go see a doc right now so any advice is greatly appreciated.

Do you have fever or feel sick? White bumps could be Strep but, you would feel really sick? Not sure
