Hi,
Its Canada Day today and that in tales partying tonight. My friend was biten by a spider recently and got a very bad rash and his bite has swelled up like a baseball. He is on the presciption meds, prednison & cloxasillin. He knows he is not aloud to drink, but was wondering if he could smoke weed, or take exstacy or cocaine? Thanks for your help. And no this isn't for me, if ya believe me or not! Cheers!

well first of all he /she shouldn't be doing that stuff anyway :nono: , but i would say a definate NO to that question!! i don't even think i can imagine what the consequences might be if they did. :eek:

Prednisone is a very strong drug that can affect your body in many ways. I would definitely NOT combine prednisone with either alcohol or marijuana.

Prescription drugs of any kind at all should never taken with alcohol or any kind of drugs.
Please take my advice. It just might save your friends life. mixing the meds they are on now with whatever else he is thinking about taking could have a very very very lethal effect.
make a deal with your friend if he wants to party so badly, once hes all better and OFF of his prescriptions then he can party all he wants
