has anyone tried it? in our diet magazine in croatia was a diet with yoghurt, and lose 3 kg in 5 days. I will start today. just eat 1-1.5 l yogurt a day. I would like to hear your experiences or someone you know that tried it.

I have heard of this diet. However it may be good for calcium but remember that you must eat plenty of carbohydrates as well. These are starchy foods like bread and potatoe but people associate them as fattening this is not the case though. Remember to eat a little protein aswel but concentrating your diet on yogurt should be anice healthy idea.

Are you talking about the diet where you eat nothing but yogurt for a day? On another site where most of the people are following the Atkins diet, quite a few people have tried the yogurt diet for an added boost. Some people said it worked to take off a couple of pounds, and they kept it off . . . some thought they just lost water weight.
Carbohydrates include quite a range of foods, only ONE of which is starchy foods. While certainly people do need carbohydrates, personally, I think many people would do very well never to eat bread again (and certainly not white bread).
