Does anybody have a story to share regarding symptoms, treatment, recovery regarding an AVM (arteriorvenous malformation) of the left temporal lobe? I have been diagnosed with one, had MRI and CAT scan. Doc's now want to do Gamma Knife procedure. I have read there is a more promising treatment with the Proton Beam machine, of which there are 2 in the USA. One in Boston and the other in LA. I need to make a decision soon, and am wondering if anyone can let me know their experience with this and any treatment you underwent, the prognosis? Thank you very much.
